Our Most Anticipated Games For 2016

Here’s a big list of some of our most anticipated computer and video games for 2016! (In no particular order!)
Not all of these games have a confirmed release date yet, but as far as we can tell…

American Truck Simulator

Yes! What’s not to love about Euro Truck Simulator 2? And this promises to be more of the same albeit in a different setting. Color us intrigued.

Uncharted: 4 A Thief’s End

Everything about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End looks great. We’re confident that this will be quite an epic game.

Doom

Doom has always been a favorite and here’s hoping that the new installment will continue the trend.

Final Fantasy XV

You can never have too many RPGs and we’re excited to get our hands on the new Final Fantasy!

The Legend of Zelda (Wii U)

Zelda fans rejoice! Even though not much is shown of the game yet, it truly looks like it could become a hit.

For Honor

Yes it will have crippling anti-consumer DRM, but damn it, the game looks fine.

Tekken 7

We’re confident that Tekken 7 will be just as great as the previous games in the series, if not better.

Dark Souls III

We’ve played the previous souls games for countless hours and we keep coming back for more. Dark Souls 3 will be fantastic!

The Last Guardian

One of the killers at E3 2015. The Last Guardian is looking to become a truly great game that anyone can enjoy and appreciate.

Cuphead

What a great looking game! We’ve been hearing about Cuphead for a while now and it’s cartoony look still has us all charmed.

Ghost Recon Wildlands

Another Ubisoft title that will have some truly demonic DRM attached to it. We are big fans of the first Ghost Recon games and Wildlands looks pretty damn cool, even if it is a far cry from the original concept.

Street Fighter V

Yes! Yes! Yes…! This is delicious!

Black Desert Online

This is another game that we’ve had our eyes on for a while. Even if a MMORPG is a hard pill to swallow these days, you can’t deny that the game looks great. Let’s just see if it lives up to the hype…

Shadow Warrior 2

If the previous Shadow Warrior game is anything to go by, this sequel will be lots of fun. Features 4-player Coop and procedurally generated content for increased replayability.

Escape From Tarkov

MMOFPS/TPS with RPG elements, focused on realistic firefights and survival. It’ll be interesting to see how they tie it all together but It looks pretty damn good so far!

Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo

This game looks to deliver on most if not all of our racing game needs. Lots of different cars and long roads to race on!

Project X Zone 2

You can’t help loving this crazy stuff. Colorful greatness with lots of true gaming icons as playable characters!

Mega Man Legacy Collection (3DS)

We’re finally getting some Mega Man games in a boxed retail release. Hopefully us retro nerds will get some more love in 2016!

Samurai Warriors 4 Empires

Samurai Warriors 4 Empires will doubtlessly be a fun and timeless game with tons of replay value.

Slain

Castlevania fans have been starving for some side-scrolling old school action for quite a while now. Slain looks and sounds totally awesome.

Total War: Warhammer

We’re fans of all things Warhammer and we’re really hoping that this game will make us proud.

Odin Sphere Leifthrasir

Another fantastic looking remake of a fantastic game. Just look at it!

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim

Not much is known about 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim yet but we’ll find out soon enough. If the quality is anything like their previous games then this one will be excellent.

Fire Emblem: Fates

Another great roleplaying game in the making. The Fire Emblem series has always been quality games.

GT Sport

The new game from the developers who brought us Gran Turismo. How can you not be excited!?

World of Final Fantasy

As far as Final Fantasy fan service goes, what could be better than this?

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Adam Jensen returns in this sequel to the Square Enix reboot of Deus Ex. The previous game showed quality production value and this one looks to improve on every front.

Honorable mention: Raiden V (no western release has been announced)
